I'm 5'3 123lbs and bought the 2 fits perfectly! I was afraid the length would be too long but it seems fine and because of the cut would be fine on a taller person as well. They are stretchy and comfortable and hold their shape. I will say because they are a mid-rise I do need to kind of pull them up a little once in a while, but not near as bad as some of my other jeans, which is why I went on the hunt for new jeans in the first place! I am very happy with these :)
