I've loved Kut from the Kloth products for years. They come in a lot of fun colors and fit me as soon as they are put on; these shorts were just the same. My one complaint is that the opening towards the bottom of the short is a little wider than I would normally want.
Within hours of buying them I got an email saying that they were on sale from being shown on GMA. I clicked on the link to make sure it wasn't spam, and it led me to the exact same site that I used the night before. I emailed customer service asking if I could get a price adjustment. Days later, I was told that they weren't on sale and could I forward them the email. I did so and received no further response, nor did I receive a response to my follow-up email. I continue to get daily emails of sales at least once a day, sometimes more, while continuing to get no response from customer service. Its interactions like these that make me question to whether or not to continue purchasing from a company regardless of how much I love their product. Hence the lower review.
